I am a fan of the original and was excited to see this on here yesterday. I am quite disappointed the online multiplayer doesn't seem to exist though. Considering it is an asynchronous multiplayer game I would think there is no real-time multiplayer protocol that would need to be used. It seems almost lazy that the turns can't be submitted to a server and resolved once both turns are received (by server or client). Ben
Frozen synapse came out a while ago and was clearly perfect for tablets. As much as this looks polished, it is immediately frustrating and doesnt make sense. Units run straight through line of sight/aiming and doesn't trigger. Things spawn in line of sight and still get the drop on your dudes which were ready to shoot supposedly. Jacob
This game is a lot of fun. The AI can be smart and unpredictable at times. I only wish it had cloud-save support... so I can play on my phone, then continue playing on my Android TV. Jason
I've played the original Frozen Synapse and quite enjoyed it (from what I can remember). This is very much the same game-play wise but with great new 3D graphics which really show off the power of modern Android devices. The turn based gameplay is perfect for touch screen too where you don't have to rush to make your choices and have time to plan out your next move.Martin
