[K-Drama] Kim Soo-hyun shares his thoughts in "Producers"

On April 21st, the production team of KBS 2TV "Producers" revealed a video clip on their official website.

The revealed video showed the two leading actors Cha Tae-hyeon and Kim Kim Soo-hyeon-I having a meeting prior to the main filming begins.

Cha Tae-hyeon first mentioned that Kim Soo-hyeon-I is returning to the small screen after a long break since 'My Love from the Star'. And then he asked, "I guess you really liked the idea working with write Park Ji-eun (of 'My Love from the Star') again. What made you to accept the offer for this drama?"

Kim Soo-hyeon-I responded, "I'm coming back in one year and three months" and "I wanted to do something makes me fall apart. A messed up character or something like that", as he explained why he wanted to take the challenge with the drama, "Producers", while he has been receiving only good reviews so far.

Cha Tae-hyeon said, "When I heard they would give it a try any ways and send you the script, I said he would not take it 100%. And then I said later, 'Why did he accept it?'" Cha Tae-hyeon chuckled. Cha Tae-hyeon also said, "I've already mentioned about his before. But this is not something we originally were going to do. The cast was not supposed to be like this. Things have become too big", mentioning about the star-studded cast.

"Producers" is a project depicting the various episodes happening in the entertainment department of the broadcasting company. Cha Tae-hyeonKim Soo-hyeon-IKong Hyo-jin and IU will lead the drama. Cha Tae-hyeon plays Ra Joon-mo, a 10 year veteran producer in the entertainment department, Kong Hyo-jin took on the role as Tak Ye-jin, a producer for music programs, Kim Soo-hyeon-I plays a rookie producer, Baek Seong-chan and IU will play a popular singer, Cindy.
"Producers" has been garnering much attention for being Kim Soo-hyeon-I's next project since 'My Love from the Star' and belonging to a new genre, entertainment drama, as well as being a collaboration project by producer Seo Soo-min-I and writer Park Ji-eun.

Also producer Pyo Min-soo, who directed the popular dramas, "Lie""Full House" 'My Love from the Star' ' Worlds Within ' and 'Hogu's Love' also has joined the team. "Producers" will premiere at 9:15 PM on May 8th.
